The centre is accessible by lift and there are also toilet and parking facilities for disabled persons. Software for visually impaired people is available.
General facilities
Car parking spaces can be found to the rear of the library and additional on- street parking is also available. Opposite the library is a busy shopping precinct with many food outlets. Waterloo station is just a few minutes’ walk away and there are many bus routes which stop close to the library.
