Learning Centre Locations
Our learning and training services are easily accessible through our network of centres across Merseyside. Location details for all the centres including maps, parking, crèche and disabled facilities can be found in this section of the website.
Mersey VLC
Mersey VLC is managed from our premises located at the prestigious Liverpool Digital site on Edge Lane in Liverpool. Please note that this is only a virtual learning centre; it is not a physical learning centre that is open for public access. If you wish to visit a centre in person, we have a network of learning centres conveniently located across Merseyside.
Our network of centres
Our learning and training centres are based in local libraries. They specialise in delivering learndirect* courses to organisations and the general public. They are also fully accredited testing centres for:
- ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) Individual tests, BCS Certificate level 1 & 2 and The Complete ECDL,
- OCR (Oxford Cambridge and RSA examinations) Individual tests, New Clait, Clait Plus, Numeracy & Literacy certificates level 1 & 2.
*Please note that our centres at Heswall and West Kirby are open learning centres but are not branded learndirect centres. Learners can study learndirect courses online at these sites, but we would take further learndirect course registrations through this website for learners using these centres.
