Disabled facilities
The library is accessible by wheelchair and there is lift access to the centre, which is on the second floor. Toilet facilities for disabled persons are also available. Software for visually impaired people is available.
General facilities
Parking spaces are available in the large car park next to the library although a small fee applies. On- street car parking is also available. The Concourse has its own purpose built cafe and licensed bar, and vending machines can be found throughout the building.
