Our exciting range of courses can help you achieve a number of recognised qualifications - helping you to boost your prospects.

National Certificates in Adult Literacy and Numeracy

These qualifications recognise achievement in Skills for Life learning. They are achieved by passing a multiple choice test in either Literacy at level 1 and 2 or Numeracy at entry level 3, 1 and 2

QCF-iTQ (ECDL Extra)

This qualification covers spreadsheets, wordprocessing and presentations plus a section on improving productivity in the work place using IT. There are 4 online tests and upon passing all tests a full level 2 qualification is gained.

Qualifications available are: QCF-iTQ Level 1 Award (ECDL Essentials) and QCF-iTQ Level 2 Certificate (ECDL Extra)

BCS European Computer Driving Licence

Achieving the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) will not only give you confidence with a range of common software packages, but it will improve your employability by giving you an internationally recognised qualification. The ECDL is fast becoming an industry standard that has been adopted by companies such as HSBC, the Bank of England and Virgin Mobile. Parts of the European Computer Driving Licence now form the Basis for the new QCF-ITQ.

Level 2 in Customer Service and Business Administration are qualifications which will help employers to maximise the skills of their workforce in the chosen areas and enhance personal development.
